Submit your rental request with dates and locations

Once you know what you're after, send us the details. What you need, when you need it, and where it's going. The more we know upfront, the faster we can get things moving.

We confirm the availability and arrange delivery or pickup

We'll check availability and get back to you quickly to lock in the details. Whether you'd rather pick up or have it delivered, we'll work around what makes sense for you.

  • We rent by the day, week, or month. No long-term contracts required. Pick the duration that fits your job.

  • Yes. If you need equipment for an extended period, get in touch and we'll work out pricing that makes sense for your project.

  • Yes. We deliver throughout Calgary and the surrounding region. Delivery fees depend on distance and equipment size.

  • Yes. Chains and straps are available to all customers renting trailers.

  • Yes, you can.

  • Each piece of equipment has a daily hour limit. If you go over that limit, additional charges will apply.

  • Every piece of equipment is inspected by our certified mechanics before each rental so it's ready to get your job done.

  • Equipment is expected back in clean condition. If it's not, a cleaning fee will be applied.

  • Yes. We work with high-volume contractors and weekend homeowners alike. Everyone gets taken care of at Ultimate Pro.

  • All equipment goes out serviced and ready. We handle routine maintenance during your rental. Major repairs are your responsibility unless covered by a damage waiver.

  • We recommend it. You can purchase our damage waiver at the time of rental, or provide proof of your own coverage. Either way, you're protected.

  • Same-day rentals are available for most items. Call ahead to confirm availability.
